Gentle Hatha Flow: This is a gently paced class that incorporates breathing, postures and movement. Students will be led through a series of standing, seated and lying down poses that are designed to promote body awareness, and build stability, flexibility and strength. The combined focus on mindfulness, breathing and slow physical movements will leave students feeling energized, calm and relaxed. All levels are welcome.
When: Monday, June 6th until Monday, July 11th from 9am to 10am.
Cost: $60 for the six week session.
Instructor: Joan Smith has been practicing yoga since 2007. She holds a 200-hour hatha yoga teacher training certificate. Joan understands that her role is to create a physically, emotionally and spiritually safe environment, supporting and guiding each student’s journey through their practice, allowing them to explore their place within each pose.
