Each class has breathing exercises, warm ups, steady poses and a guided relaxation.

Free Yin Yoga trial class

1:30-2:30 Maki House
Yin yoga involves long held poses done on the mat that target the connective tissue in the body enabling the release of physical and emotional tension. This is an ideal practice to promote mindfulness and stress release as well as increase joint mobility.
