The aim of yoga is peace of mind. Side effects include a healthier stronger and more flexible body, and the ability to breathe well and adapt to life’s challenges! Yoga helps with stress management, sleep, energy levels and much more. Each class includes breathing exercises, warm ups, steady poses and a deep guided relaxation.
Mike teaches in a manner that makes the class accessible and adaptable to all students, teaching more to beginners and offering comfortable challenges to those more adept.

Jennel is a full-time yoga teacher who will be offering the same yoga program as previously provided by Michael on Wednesday mornings at Maki House. They share the same training and she has been attending the Maki classes regularly as a student. Jennel provides clear and detailed instructions so that you can safely move in and out of each yoga asana. Offering modifications for when you need a gentler practice and variations when you feel like more of a challenge.
