
New session of Gentle Yoga and Balance starts June 3. Improve your balance, strength, flexibility and mobility. This Gentle Yoga and Balance class is designed for people wanting to safely improve their balance. Postures are done both seated and lying down on the mat as well as standing using the chair as a prop for balance. Bring a yoga mat and any props needed for your comfort such as a strap, bolster, blocks or blanket.

New session of Chair Yoga and Balance starts June 19. Improve your balance, strength, flexibility and mobility. Chair yoga makes the benefits of yoga accessible to those who are not comfortable getting up and down from the floor. Postures are done both seated and standing using the chair as a prop. A portion of each class will consist of exercises to help you improve your balance. Bring a yoga mat to place under your chair to hold it in place.

Deep Stretch and Relaxation Restorative Yoga Series (Tuesdays until June 25th ). Deep Stretch and Relaxation Restorative Yoga combines the fluid practice of flow with the stillness of YIN.
Spend the first half of the class relaxing through a slow paced feel-good practice of gentle movements designed to relieve stress and tension in an easeful way, followed by a restorative quiet, meditative, slow practice with extra long holds of stretches to stimulate deep muscle release and improve your body’s flexibility while tapping into your inner strength with calmness and ease in body and mind.
Every class in this serene series will be a little different, allowing you to let go of your daily stresses and chaos, zeroing in on your inner peace, health, and well-being with breathwork and powerful guided relaxation and meditations.
This all-levels class is excellent for those who prefer a less vigorous practice and for those experiencing illness, injury, stress, or chronic pain.
