Spring Yoga, Meditation and Reiki Mini-Series (4 weeks)

This unique holistic series led by a certified yoga instructor and reiki practitioner is about rest and release. During the winter months, our bodies and energy can contract, become stagnant and often depleted. This experience is designed to guide participants into a profound state of inner stillness, blending Yin Yoga with guided meditation and Reiki energy healing to restore physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Yin is a passive style of yoga practice that is quiet, meditative, and slow with extra-long holds of restorative postures to stimulate deep muscle release and improve your body’s flexibility and lengthening the deep connective tissues. The Yin practice helps restore balance to our body and mind from our more ‘yang’ lifestyles. This series will be about embracing the opportunity to turn inwards and bring your attention to your breath, allowing you to enjoy moments of calm and tranquility.  Gentle Reiki energy work will be offered throughout each session, enhancing relaxation, clearing energetic blockages, and deepening the mind-body connection.

This practice is accessible to all bodies and all levels, from those seeking ease and mobility due to tightness or chronic pain, as well as yogis looking to improve mobility and provide a compliment to all sports and active styles of yoga practice.  Come relax and experience the value of building strength, cultivating mindful awareness and emotional release in a slow and nourishing way.

You’ll leave this deeply transformative and restorative  experience feeling grounded, centered and more in tune with yourself.
