Happy New Year, Crystal Beach Lakeview. I hope you enjoyed a restful holiday season and found time to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. As we step into 2026, the association is already busy preparing for one of our favourite community traditions — the Winter Carnival on January 25th.
Volunteers and sponsors have been hard at work helping us get everything in place, and I want to extend a sincere thank‑you to everyone who has stepped forward. These events only happen because neighbours give their time, energy, and support, and we’re grateful for each of you.
I hope you’ll join us at Maki Park for an afternoon of winter fun. Bring your family, invite a friend, and stop by the fire‑pit — I’d be happy to share a s’more with you.
Looking ahead, February brings Harbour Harvest fishing derby to our shores, another great chance to get outside and connect with the community during the heart of winter.
