Feb 4: Kitchen Hacks Tips learned from a presentation by a Home Economist. Also, how to make Lasagne for two. Perhaps you can share some of your kitchen short cuts.
Feb 11: Soups on! Enjoy a lunch of a hearty hot soup with buns and cheese. Note start time 1:00 pm
Feb 18: Chair Yoga Free demonstration of Chair Yoga by Julie Tierney who teaches it at Maki House. Also Enhancing your Brain with exercises.

Feb 25: Ottawa Tool Library Learn about their Repair Café, workshops and other events. Also, a display of antique tools. You’ll have to guess what some of them were used for!
