Councillor Theresa Kavanagh’s office will be hosting a virtual meeting Wednesday March 20th, 2024 and 7pm, with the applicants for the 70/80 Woodridge application for a Zoning Bylaw and Official Plan amendment. Applicants will be seeking permission for the building of two towers near the upcoming Bayshore LRT Station. We anticipate this application to come to Planning and Housing Committee for discussion and approval in the Spring.
