With spring finally settling in, our neighbourhood is starting to come back to life — bikes rolling out, gardens waking up, and neighbours reconnecting on our streets and pathways. It’s always a great reminder of what makes Crystal Beach–Lakeview such a special place to call home.
We’re also gearing up for Wheel Day 2026. Planning is underway, and while we’ll miss our traditional ride to Kitchissippi Brewery, its closure gives us a chance to rethink that part of the event. We’re exploring fresh ideas and new destinations that still capture the spirit of the day: active living, community fun, and a chance to celebrate our neighbourhood together.
If you’d like to help shape what Wheel Day looks like this year, our planning committee is always open to new volunteers. A bit of time, a bit of creativity, and a shared love of this community go a long way.
Looking forward to a vibrant season ahead.
