    Rain Ready Ottawa and Co-tenancies

Crystal Beach Lakeview’s has a few co-tenancies—groups of dwellings with some shared infrastructure such as roads and stormwater management—places like Creek’s End Lane, Harbour Landing, or Schoolyard Private. If you live in one, your co-tenancy may qualify for a free stormwater management property assessment. During a home assessment, assessors will undertake a comprehensive review of your current stormwater management and make suggestions on how it can be improved.

These assessments will help guide the development of potential future rebates designed specifically for multi-unit properties. While no dedicated rebates exist yet, participating in an assessment does not affect your eligibility for current RainReady Ottawa rebates, some of which may still apply to your property.

For details, see Rain Ready Ottawa; Stormwater Assessments for Multi-Unit Residential Buildings.
