The Capital Kids program will be hosted again at the Club this year. This program is organized by the Ontario Tennis Association (OTA) and the National Capital Tennis Association (NCTA) and provides affordable tennis lessons by Tennis Canada certified coaches. A great opportunity for youth ages 6 – 15 years to get out on the courts and learn tennis. Details will be available on the Capital Kids website, once program details are finalized (https://www.capitalkidstennis.com/).
In conjunction with OTA, CBTC will offer introductory Adult doubles clinics, as well as Green Means Go sessions that are geared to ages 50+ to learn low-impact tennis skills (both clinics popular last year). A new cardio tennis program is in the works and mixed player open sessions will be introduced this season. Coaches will be available for private, semi-private, and group lessons.
