Next Stop for Rotary Club of Nepean-Kanata: SOX BOX

Hi everyone! Thanks to those of you who supported our Rotary yard sale in September. We raised $500 and donated $125 to the CBLCA.

Up next is our SOX BOX campaign. What’s SOX BOX? We help Langar for Hunger’s annual campaign to provide new, warm socks to local shelters. The 2019 SOX BOX Campaign collected more than 7,000 pairs of new socks, which were then donated to 10 shelters around the National Capital Region.

If you’d like to help, there will be a SOX BOX put out daily on the front porch at 40 Horner Drive for you to donate from Dec. 1 to 16. Just look for the Rotary logo. If you’d rather donate to the campaign, look for the details at https://www.ysb.ca/soxbox/.
