Join in for Hatha Yoga classes at Maki Park!

Classes are:

  • Sundays from 7 to 8 p.m. and 8:20 to 9:20 p.m.
  • Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Fall session ends December 12 and 15, 2021. 

Each class includes breathing and warm-up exercises, yoga postures, and a guided relaxation. Michael has a background in classical hatha yoga in the Sivananda lineage and has experience making the practice accessible to everyone.
