Check out these testimonials from community members who have attended Kristie’s classes:

Kristie is an amazing motivator and has made it really easy for me to bring both kiddos to class. The workouts are challenging but not impossible, with variations offered throughout. As an added bonus, I’ve met a lot of other moms in the neighbourhood which has been great!

I’ve been off on maternity leave this past year and feel so lucky to have found Kristie’s parent and child fitness class 3 days a week. Not only was it an awesome workout, different each day, but I met a bunch of great people in the community. Kristie is so knowledgable about fitness and full of energy. Most days she would be running the class, motivating the group, all while juggling a couple babies and toddlers to give parents the chance to work out.
