Come party with us on the dance floor! Fitness instructor Rosemary Pearson will be teaching Groove dancing for free on Mondays from 5:45-6:45 PM at Maki House, from February 11th to March 4th.

The Groove is for men and women alike (all fitness levels welcome). So much fun! No dance skills required. Just a good attitude and you – your style and intensity! Get your sweat on with smiles! Take more chances and dance more dances.
