Fitness at Maki

Join Registered Kinesiologist, Kristie Carkner, for a safe and effective total body conditioning workout to improve strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility. Class format will vary from intervals to circuits to kettlebells and everything in between to keep participants engaged and motivated. Classes are suitable for everyone and can be modified to each participant. Feel free to bring your children, parents, and/or friends!

Classes available to suit just about any schedule — early morning, midday, and early evening.

Mondays: 5:30-6:15pm
Wednesdays: 6:15-7:00am, 11:15-12:15pm, 5:30-6:15pm
Fridays: 6:15-7:00am, 11:15-12:15pm

*plus $10 per family per year CBLCA membership
