Maki House is owned and operated through the City of Ottawa. The City allows us the CBLCA and you the residents of the community to use / rent Maki House. There are two types of usage, Private or Community.
Private events must be booked through city of Ottawa at email@example.com. Rental rates apply. A contract must be signed by user and keys obtained and returned to staff during business hours at Ron Kolbus Lakeside Centre 102

Crystal Beach/Lakeview Community Association sanctioned activities or events may comply with criteria for free rental under agreement with city. These must be open to all residents. Paid instructor activities may qualify if the activity itself is non-profit. Access to this building is granted under agreement that you have read and complied with individual City of Ottawa contracts, and General rules and Specific Rules. The contract holder or representative is responsible for all activities and building access during their presence and must be present to open building, supervise activity, and close building. Access is obtained through key available from the mailbox at home of Elizabeth Gravelle at 29 Crystal beach Drive. Keys must be obtained and returned on each occurance, unless a handoff from another user has been agreed to by CBLCA coordinator. 2019 CBLCA Maki House Bookings coordinator is Susie Crowe cell 613-203-5005
